Sow a thought, reap an action.
Sow an action, reap a habit.
Sow a habit, reap a character.
Sow a character, reap a destiny.

It doesn't take a monk or a guru to understand this. I've followed this proverb for so long because it does make sense. This saying is to me like "hakuna matata"(From The Lion King, the first animated cartoon I've ever seen),means "no worries" . Thoughts leads to actions thus leading to consequences. That's why, as much as possible, I control and, at least, be aware of my thoughts. It's difficult but it's possible.
It's time for some affirmations!
I am the best among the rest!
